Knit Night

Whether you already have a project on your needles and would like to spend an evening working on it with community, or you’re looking to start something new, we will have knitting needles, crochet hooks, tons of yarn, some wool roving, and of course – snacks! Most importantly, we invite you to come create in community with friends old and new.
Weaving Workshop
Date: October 4, 2025 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $50
Learn how to warp a tapestry loom and work with different yarns, cords, fabric and fiber. Your instructor, curator of MESC and fiber artist, Raye-Valion Gillette takes you step by step – from the warp strings to the fringe – resulting in a one-of-a-kind art piece to hang in your home! The class is open to ages 16+.
